    HERE TRAVEL MATES is subject to the liability regime established by Law 300/96, D.R. 1075/97, Decree 2438 of 2010 and the regulations that modify, add or reform them. The responsibility of the organizer of the tourist plan or package is limited to the terms and conditions of the program in relation to the provision and quality of the services. The agency does not assume any responsibility towards the user for the air transport service, except in the case of a chartered flight and in accordance with the conditions of the transport contract. HERE TRAVEL MATES is not responsible for the air transport service, since it is governed by the regulations applicable to the air transport service. Events such as delays or unforeseen changes in flight schedules arranged by airlines, user rights and procedures to make effective money refunds that these events give rise to, will be governed by the relevant legal provisions and in particular by those contained in the Colombian Aeronautical Regulations (RAC). The reimbursement policies for services not provided due to situations of force majeure or fortuitous event, action or omission of third parties or the passenger, not attributable to the travel agency, before or during the trip, which may be subject to refund, They will be defined by each operator and they will be confirmed to the user once the travel documents are reserved and issued, as well as the percentages of penalties or deductions that may apply. However, in the event that the process takes longer for reasons beyond HERE TRAVEL MATES, it will not recognize any interest on the amounts to be reimbursed. The reimbursement percentage will depend on the provider's conditions and the agency's administration costs. The agency does not assume responsibility towards the user or traveler for events such as accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, climatic or natural phenomena, security conditions, political factors, denial of entry permits or visas, legal issues of the traveler, health issues and any other case of force majeure or fortuitous event that may occur before or during the trip. The value and form of payment of deposits or advances, tickets, reservations for sporting and cultural events, fairs, exhibitions and the like, will be subject to the conditions of the organizer of such events, which will be informed at the time of purchase. The passenger will be solely responsible for the custody of their luggage and travel documents. HERE TRAVEL MATES, will be able to guide the passenger in the event of loss of their luggage or travel documents, however, under no circumstances, will it be responsible for the loss, damage, deterioration or loss of said elements. HERE TRAVEL MATES, will inform the passenger of the restrictions established by the airlines regarding prohibitions, maximum weight and number of pieces per passenger, people allowed in the attractions or tourist sites, limitations or impediments to access due to maximum capacity. However, it will be the exclusive responsibility of the passenger to comply with said policies, which may vary by disposition of the transport companies or the service provider.   • Travel with minors
    According to Aerocivil and what is stipulated by the National Registry of Civil Status to strengthen identification measures for Colombians, including those of minors, airlines will require a certified photocopy of the Civil Registry from parents or adults responsible for traveling, by air, with children between 0 and 7 years old. It is necessary that those who travel with children between these ages have this required documentation, otherwise minors will not be able to travel to national and international destinations where they will also have to present their passport. To obtain the authentication of the document, the parents must carry out the respective procedure before the notary where the minor was registered.

  • Validity
    Apply to stay from October 20, 2020 to December 15, 2021 in low season. Maximum accommodation allowed 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults per room. Children from 0 to 2 years old go free in the room, sharing bed with parents. Children 11 years and older pay at the additional person rate. Every child must be accompanied by a responsible adult and it is mandatory to present the respective identification (identity card or civil registry) during check-in. The products and/or services purchased for each destination may undergo changes due to accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, adverse weather conditions and any other case of force majeure that may occur during the trip, for this reason the organizer reserves the right to make the necessary changes in itineraries, dates, hotels, optional services, to guarantee the success of the tourist product or service acquired by the client; If for any reason of force majeure the operator finds it necessary to cancel the scheduled services, HERE TRAVEL MATES will not be responsible for such events. The hotel and the operator of the services decline all responsibility for delays, advances or cancellations that occur on the part of the airlines or transport companies, the charges that originate from this concept will be borne by the passengers.< /p>
